Guesmirde Lamarre, of Coral Springs, was arrested after deputies with the Broward Sheriff’s Office said she called 911 around 10 a.m. to report that Mauricio Pancorvo, 22, had posted a Snapchat story threatening to “shoot up” Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School or Monarch High School.

Detectives later located Pancorvo at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Coral Springs, where he denied posting any threats to his Snapchat account. He told police he had known Lamarre since high school.

Authorities arrested Lamarre at her home, where she was read her Miranda rights and made a confession, though the details of her statement were redacted from the publicly-released report.

Investigators obtained a copy of the 911 call, which they said was matched to Lamarre’s voice.

The false call led to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, which is located at 5901 Pine Island Rd., being placed on a secure protocol, deputies said.

Jail records show Lamarre is facing charges of misuse of a 911 or E911 system and disturbing the peace by interfering with school administrative functions.

As of Tuesday, she remains at BSO’s North Broward Bureau, where her bond was set at $650.
