Exterior & Deck Areas

ANYA is one of the most admired Sunseeker 40M yachts, delivered in 2015 and built in composite to RINA class and MCA compliance. She has been meticulously maintained and was most recently refitted during her 5-year class survey in 2020–21, ensuring that her condition remains excellent. The yacht’s exterior styling and naval architecture are by Sunseeker’s in-house team, giving ANYA a sleek profile and contemporary lines.

The sun deck is expansive and designed for leisure. It features a jacuzzi forward flanked by large sunpads, a marble-topped wet bar with sink, BBQ, and fridge. Under the hardtop is a lounge area with generous seating, and the open aft section is currently set up with freestanding loungers. This area can also accommodate gym gear or additional furniture — all framed by 360° ocean views.

Steps lead to the upper deck aft, where a stylish alfresco dining area sits beneath the overhang. A large dining table with Italian marble inlay and surrounding chairs create a sophisticated setting. Aft, twin L-shaped sofas offer a casual open-air lounge. A nearby wet bar ensures refreshments are always within reach — a space designed for entertaining under the stars.

The main deck aft provides a welcoming setting with upholstered bench seating and club chairs surrounding a coffee table. Twin staircases lead down to a hydraulic swim platform that can be lowered for water access. Behind the platform lies a garage storing a Williams DieselJet 565 tender and an array of toys, doubling as a beach club and watersports hub.

Forward, the foredeck lounge includes a large daybed perfect for sunbathing in privacy or admiring uninterrupted sea views. This secluded space offers a peaceful escape, separate from the crew’s working zone located further forward.

Interior & Accommodations

Stepping inside from the main deck aft, guests enter the main salon through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The salon is bright and chic, with contemporary décor and large windows plus fold-down balconies on both port and starboard sides that literally open the room up to the ocean. The interior styling is modern yet warm, featuring high-gloss figured wood paneling (a Sunseeker hallmark) balanced by lighter-toned carpets, ceilings, and freestanding furniture. Sofas and armchairs are arranged in a conversational layout around a circular coffee table at the center of the salon. When the balconies are deployed, the salon offers an impressive indoor/outdoor experience, allowing fresh sea breeze and dramatic views to enhance the living space. Forward in the same open-plan area is the formal dining space, with a round polished table and seating for up to 10 guests. This layout enables a seamless flow between lounging and dining, perfect for socializing. High-quality furnishings (such as Minotti dining chairs) and select artwork chosen by the owner add elegance and personality to the setting.

Above, the sky lounge on the upper deck offers a more intimate indoor retreat. This sky lounge features an L-shaped sofa with two club chairs and a coffee table, creating a secondary living room or media space. A corner writing desk/office area is integrated into this lounge, providing a spot for business or personal laptop use in view of the large windows. Opposite the sofa is a fully equipped bar with seating, so guests can enjoy drinks while watching a movie or conversing. On the forward bulkhead of the sky lounge is a large flat-screen TV, transforming this room into a cinema for movie nights. The mix of dark wood cabinetry and lighter furnishings continues here, maintaining a consistent interior style. With its cozy atmosphere and bar, the sky lounge is ideal for evening entertainment or as a casual indoor escape during the day.

ANYA accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 luxurious staterooms. The master suite is situated forward on the main deck and spans the full 26′ beam, giving the owner a spacious and private haven. Upon entering the master, there is a private study/office area – a quiet spot for working or planning the day. The master cabin features a king-size bed, plenty of storage including three walk-in wardrobes, and tall windows on both sides (with a particularly impressive four-panel picture window to starboard) that flood the space with natural light. The master’s en suite bathroom is equally lavish, fitted with a large jacuzzi bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, and his-and-hers sinks amid high-end marble finishes. This bath also includes a large mirror and stylish fixtures, creating a soothing, spa-like environment.

On the lower deck, there are four generous guest cabins. These comprise two double cabins with queen/king beds, and two convertible twin cabins. Each of the twin cabins can be converted to a double bed setup, and each twin also features a Pullman bunk, allowing for an extra berth in each if needed. Thanks to these Pullmans, the yacht can sleep up to 12 guests in total—ideal for families with children or additional staff/nannies. Every guest cabin has its own en suite bathroom with shower, decorated in fine materials and offering ample space. Entertainment systems and generous storage are provided in all cabins. The décor of the guest cabins echoes the main deck theme: high-gloss wood joinery paired with neutral tones and contemporary fittings, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere for guests.

For crew, ANYA is well appointed with accommodations for up to 8 members. There are four crew cabins on the lower deck forward, plus a separate captain’s cabin adjacent to the wheelhouse on the upper deck. This allows the yacht to carry a professional crew while ensuring privacy and comfort for both guests and crew. Dedicated crew corridors and a discreet service staircase enable crew to move efficiently and service guest areas without disturbance.

Performance & Amenities

ANYA is powered by twin MTU 12V 4000 M93 diesel engines, each producing 3,180 horsepower. This robust propulsion gives her an impressive top speed of about 22 knots, quite fast for a 40m yacht. She comfortably cruises around 15 knots, allowing efficient yet swift voyages between destinations. At an economical passage speed of 11 knots, ANYA has a transoceanic range of approximately 1,500 nautical miles, thanks in part to her fuel capacity of approximately 29,000 liters. This range enables extensive cruising without frequent refueling—ideal for itineraries such as the Mediterranean or Caribbean circuits.

Built with a planing GRP hull, ANYA can ride on top of the water at speed, contributing to both her performance and efficiency. Despite being a faster yacht, she ensures exceptional comfort. Zero-speed stabilizers (fin stabilizers) are equipped to reduce roll at anchor and function underway as well. This means guests experience a smooth ride in a variety of sea conditions, whether moored in a tranquil bay or cruising open waters.

In terms of technical systems, ANYA was built to rigorous RINA commercial class standards and is MCA compliant, meaning she adheres to high safety and construction benchmarks. During her 5-year survey and refit in 2020–2021, all major systems were inspected, serviced, and upgraded where necessary to keep her in top operational condition. This refit likely included fresh exterior paint and interior touch-ups, leaving her in turnkey state for a new owner.

For guest comfort, the yacht features full air conditioning throughout, advanced AV/IT entertainment systems, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Additional amenities include underwater lights for evening ambiance and a full suite of water toys accessed via the swim platform. The collection may include a jet ski, Seabobs, water skis, wakeboards, towable inflatables, and snorkeling equipment—offering guests an exhilarating time on the water. The dedicated tender and toy garage make deployment effortless and keep decks clean when not in use.

In summary, ANYA offers a rare blend of pedigree, performance, and luxury. As a proven Sunseeker platform, she delivers thrills at sea and serene comfort in port. Her multiple guest areas across three decks make her ideal for both relaxed family cruising and sophisticated entertaining. With a successful charter history, she also presents an attractive opportunity for owners seeking supplemental charter income.
