The Countdown Miami 2026, a large-scale waterfront celebration
designed to rank among the biggest New Year’s Eve events in the United States.
Set on one of Miami’s most historic public venues, the festival blends live music,
fireworks over Biscayne Bay, food and drink activations, and a midnight countdown
framed by the downtown skyline — turning New Year’s Eve into a city-wide moment.

When midnight hits, Biscayne Bay becomes the main stage: fireworks rise over the
waterfront, synchronized to tracks by world-famous artists. Surrounded by palm trees,
high-rises and harbor lights, guests get a panoramic New Year’s Eve moment that is

transforms into an open-air festival ground with stages, food and drink stations,
lounges, and viewing zones for the midnight fireworks.
