According to the brokerage team at Grand Banks Yacht Sales, the Grand Banks 47 extended cockpit is one of the most highly sought after GB  models. Adagio is a 2011 Grand Banks 47 Heritage which is located in Easton, Maryland, and offered by Grand Banks Yacht Sales for $835,000.

This model features a two-stateroom, two-head, galley up layout, and also has the highly sought after extended cockpit and bridge which was added as a standard feature to 2009 models onward. This additional three-plus feet provides extensive entertaining space and plenty of room for a large table and at least 6 chairs. It also expands the flybridge and lazarette space for much more stowage, as well as in the galley area, which is much larger than the earlier models.
