Jeff Greene gifts $80M West Palm Beach site to Vanderbilt campus

Billionaire developer Jeff Greene and his wife Mei Sze Greene are donating 1.3 acres of land valued at $80 million to Vanderbilt University’s downtown West Palm Beach campus. The gift adds to the 7 acre site donated by the City of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County in 2024, the Palm Beach Post reported.
