Bravo Nepo Babies Go Into the Family Business on Next Gen NYC

Waking up in the morning, thinkin’ about so many things. I just wish there was a reality show following a group of wealthy 20-somethings “determined to conquer Manhattan — if they can figure out how to adult first.” That show now exists, it’s called Next Gen NYC, and it features the glamorous spawn of Real Housewives stars, “proving that trouble runs on espresso martinis and questionable decisions.” Familiar faces from the Bravo-verse include Brooks Marks of Salt Lake City, songstress Gia Giudice of New Jersey, and Ariana Biermann and Riley Burruss of Atlanta. Padding out the cast are a bunch of non-famouses “creating their own legacies from scratch,” and who are, nonetheless, still very rich.

The Houseewives connection is the real draw, though, as is made clear in the show’s first trailer, which manages to squeeze in all of the Housemoms (and one notable Housedad). Kandi Burruss tells Riley that some crazy purchase “better not be on the card I pay for.” Kim Zolciak-Biermann face-cracks as far as her face will allow at Ariana’s $14,000 dinner bill. Teresa Giudice kikis with her daughter and the Markses, who factor heavily into this first look at the show. Sitting in some sort of intricate glowing spider web with Meredith and Brooks, Seth Marks tells his son, “You are entirely attached to your mom you’re like a little baby kangaroo,” and at another point tells one of the other non-Bravo-nepo castmembers that pansexuality is “what I’m trying to get to, don’t tell my wife.”

The other friends rounding out the group are Ava Dash, daughter of Roc-a-Fella co-founder Damon Dash; trailblazing trans model and TikToker Emira D’Spain; Ariana Biermann’s boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy; downtown PR girlie Georgia McCann; and these boys Charlie Zakkour and Shai Fruchter. of the group, D’Spain stands out as the natural narrator, and Biermann notably does not know who Ben Affleck is. Will any of these Gen-Z NYC influencer types reach the entertaining heights of their foremothers and become standout Bravo-lebrities in their own right? We’ll find out when the series premieres, on June 3 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
