Developer Mosie Miller and his wife, Michelle, sold a renovated waterfront home in Palm Beach for $30.8 million. The Millers sold the home at 1246 North Lake Way after more than a year on the market, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The deed has yet to appear in public records, and the buyer is unknown.
