Disaster relief mogul family sells oceanfront Delray Beach mansion for $30M

The family that founded one of the country’s largest disaster relief companies sold an oceanfront Delray Beach mansion for $29.6 million. Records show the 1171 Ocean LLC, a Delaware entity managed by Saily Perkins, sold the home at 1171 South Ocean Boulevard to Sunset Pine Trust, with attorney Elana Bronson signing on behalf of the buyer. The true buyer is hidden. Nick Malinosky and Michael O’Connor with Douglas Elliman had the listing.
