For Sale: Azimut 105

The 2009 Azimut 105, Amanecer, underwent a full transformation in 2015 when approximately $5 million was spent on a refit, addressing every aspect of the yacht with a complete overhaul of all interior and exterior spaces as well as substantial upgrades to the ship’s machinery such as stabilization, shafts, props, watermakers, all HVAC air handlers, LED lighting and audio/video equipment. It’s offered for sale by MarineMax for $4.499 million.

World-renowned interior and exterior design firm Marmol Radziner completely transformed the standard interior into a bespoke space of casual elegance with many unique custom furnishings. The result is a space of comfort that could only be experienced on a much larger yacht. Amanecer’s interior features dark wood paneling with slivery-white furnishings and upholstery. The open plan salon has a lounge area with sofas and chairs around a large coffee table, a small side table, and a full entertainment unit. The formal dining room includes a long, rectangular table with seating for up to eight guests. There is also a fifth cabin that can be converted back into a media room that can double as an office. 

A 2023 $2 million refit included the following:

• Complete exterior paint including boot stripe and radar arch
• New windows
• Main engines rebuilt (29-knot top end)
• Generators rebuilt
• New navigation electronics at both helms
• New props
• New air conditioning
• New LED lighting
• New main salon by Karen Lynn Interior Design

Amanecer underwent a recent yard period in May 2025 which included bottom paint/Prop Speed; wax and polish waterline to mast; stabilizer top end seals; anchor chain maintenance; all valves cleaned and inspected. The twin 2,200 hp MTU 16V 2000M92 engines have approximately 4,880 hours on them as of summer 2025. 

Amanecer has had a successful charter yacht program and its new owners can take full advantage of this turnkey charter program. The vessel is equipped with a wide selection of water toys including SeaDoo jet skis, seabobs, stand-up paddleboards, water skis, fishing equipment, snorkeling gear and assorted inflatable/towable toys.
