For Sale: Riva 86 Domino

Purosangue is a 2014 Riva 86 Domino which underwent a major refit (more than $800,000 invested) in 2023 by an owner who maintains the high Ferrari racing standards of his past. The yacht is powered by twin 2,435 hp MTU 16V2000 M93 engines, which have just 1,900 hours on them as of spring 2026. Purosangue is located in Hollywood, Florida, and offered by Allied Marine for $2.99 million. 

Rivas are well known for their performance, and Purosangue is no exception. The vessel cruises at 25 knots and has a top speed of 38 knots. 

The 2023 refit included the following: 

• Exterior: Full superstructure repaint in Regal Silver; hull 3-step correction shielded with Xpel Paint Protection Film (PPF).
• Deck: New custom teak tables by YRM; all-new exterior upholstery by Admiral Canvas (Horizon Capriccio/Sunbrella); new Izerwaren gas shocks on all hatches. Feb 2026 Teak Replacement on over 50% of exterior surfaces. 
• Infrastructure: All-new Odyssey AGM batteries; complete renewal of seacocks, valves, and running gear.
• Ground Tackle: Fully rebuilt Lofrans windlasses; 500ft of new Grade 60 Stainless Steel anchor chain with Ultra Marine swivels.
• Advanced Navigation & Connectivity Equipped with a custom-fitted Raymarine Electronics Package featuring flush-mounted dash panels to eliminate glare. 
• Navigation: Multiple Axiom XL displays, RVX1000 Chirp Sonar, and B765LH transducer.
• Connectivity: Starlink Satellite Internet, Peplink 5G/LTE cellular router, and Wi-Fi 6 mesh system for global high-speed access.
• Security: IRIS Control NVR with CAM220 IP cameras monitoring the engine room, cockpit, and crew quarters.

Yachting previously wrote: “The Domino, by contrast, is an upscale version of a smaller boat, owing much of her inspiration to the 63-foot Vertigo and 68-foot Ego models. Her profile is low and sleek, reminiscent of earlier Riva sportboats, and her beam is nearly two feet less than that of the Duchessa. As any designer will tell you, that difference means less volume and weight, a higher length-beam ratio, and the expectation of better performance. The Domino delivers in spades, reaching a top speed of 38 knots and doing it with very little fuss. She is a luxurious yacht, to be sure, but is considerably closer to her mahogany speedboat roots than her larger sisters.”
