For Sale: Tiara Yachts 48 LS

Tiara launched its 48 LS in 2021, expanding the builder’s Luxury Sport series and introducing a family-friendly cruiser to the market that’s powered by triple outboards with a two-stateroom layout that sleeps up to four people. Gilman Yachts has A Lazee Day, a 2024 Tiara Yachts 48 LS, listed for $1.649 million. 

“I thought it was impossible to be completely relaxed yet exuberantly excited at the same moment, until I reclined in the thickly padded, triple-wide bow chaise lounge on the Tiara Yachts 48 LS,” Yachting previously wrote. 

“In moments, the propellers were spinning at a combined 315 rotations per second, and we were traveling across the water at a hair-whipping top hop of 52 knots. That little voice inside my head wanted to whisper, “Aahhhhh,” and shout, “Woohoo!” at the same time.”

The triple 600 hp Mercury Verado V12s give A Lazee Day a 33-knot cruise speed, burning just 61 gallons per hour which gives the 48-footer a range of 330 nautical miles. 

Belowdecks, owners and their guests have a choice between a pair of staterooms—one amidships with twin berths and one forward with a queen berth. Interior design elements onboard the 48 LS include teak joinery and driftwood décor. The semi-enclosed galley is one step up and comes equipped with a sink, two refrigerator drawers, a freezer drawer, a Kenyon grill and an Isotherm icemaker. 

On the main deck, the bow features wrap-around seating which everyone can enjoy underway or at anchor. There’s additional seating underneath the hardtop amidships.
