For Sale: Viking 92 Enclosed Bridge

The 92 Viking is the largest yacht built by Viking Yacht Company and features cutting-edge technology and engineering. Aussie Rules, a 2017 92 Enclosed Bridge model, offers a versatile experience as both a hardcore fishing platform and a cruising motoryacht. It is located in Palm Beach, Florida, and is offered by Galati Yacht Sales for $8.49 million.

With its seven staterooms and eight heads, the vessel has the sleek design, performance and fishability of a large sportfish and the luxury, accommodations and large volume entertainment spaces of a motoryacht. The hull design, redundant systems, fuel capacity and equipment allow for long-range travel and exploration capabilities, allowing the yacht to be self-sufficient for long trips. The interior has satin-finished walnut throughout with satin and brushed nickel fixtures. 

The vessel is powered by a pair of MTU 2000 M96L engines rated at 2,635 hp each. According to the builder, Aussie Rules should have a top speed of around 40 knots and a cruising speed of 30 to 32 knots depending on load and sea conditions. It can also achieve a range of approximately 1,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.

Aussie Rules has several noteworthy upgrades, which include:

• Extended engine warranty through September 2025 or 3,600 hours, with the ability to purchase additional warranty coverage
• New Seakeeper 40 installed in June 2024 with warranty until June 2026 and ability to purchase additional warranty coverage
• Furuno omni sonar
• Optional fuel capacity for maximum range
• UMT VX-2200 davit with hydraulic lift and telescoping boom
• New ice chipper in 2022
• Watermaker and Spot Zero
• Palm Beach Towers tuna tower and extensive Atlantic Marine Electronics package
