No matter what happens in the finale of The Traitors this week, you can be thrilled for Gabby Windey (that said, of course, if either of those dastardly Traitors do anything to hurt our girl, it’s game on). Gabby told Cosmopolitan on March 5 that she and girlfriend Robby Hoffman got secretly married on January 11, 2025, in Las Vegas, after fleeing the California wildfires. “Literally cue Rihanna, ‘We found love in a hopeless place,’” Gabby said. The two fled to Las Vegas after smelling smoke in their home, bringing their cat, a painting by Hoffman’s grandfather, and Gabby’s podcasting equipment. Once they were safely in Vegas, Gabby floated the idea of getting married. “Robby was literally ready to propose three weeks in and I’m always the one pumping the brakes, but when something feels right, it just feels right,” Gabby said. “I think it was better for the both of us that it was my idea.” Hoffman then proposed via a mini-crossword the next morning, and the two got married in the same chapel as Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, walking down the aisle to Chappell Roan’s “HOT TO GO.”

“Ya boy off market for life,” Hoffman said in her Instagram post announcing the marriage. “I love my wife.” The two went public with their relationship in August 2023 when the former Bachelorette star shocked the hosts on The View. The comedy community, meanwhile, was shocked, too, because Hoffman is mostly known as a curmudgeon. “I know it seems to people we’re so different, but it gels,” Hoffman told Cosmo. “We have the same core.” Gabby added, “People are like, ‘How does it feel after you’re married? Does it feel the same?’ And the answer is, honestly, no — it feels better. I feel more committed. This is my wife.”
