Johnny Grobman, a convicted fraudster currently serving an 18-year prison sentence, sold his waterfront Golden Beach home for $16.6 million. That’s down from the $20.9 million he first listed it for two years ago. Records show Grobman and his wife, Noemi Geller, sold the house at 100 Golden Beach Drive to 100 GB Property LLC, a Delaware entity. The true buyer is unknown.
