Lease roundup: Italian restaurant Limoncello, Eastern Mediterranean café Motek in expansion mode

Limoncello, Eye Culture | Doral  An Italian restaurant and an optical boutique opened at Downtown Doral.  Limoncello, owned by the Mingrino and LaSpada families, leased 4,100 square feet, and Eye Culture, which offers eyewear and eye care, leased 1,100 square feet, according to a Downtown Doral news release.
