Lil Wayne’s former Allison Island home sells for $33M

Just weeks after billionaire Google co-founder Sergey Brin paid $51 million for a Miami Beach home, Lil Wayne’s former mansion on the same island sold for $33.3 million. Alicia R. Zadravec sold the home at 6480 Allison Road after listing it for $36 million in December, Douglas Elliman’s Cyril Matz confirmed. The deed has yet to appear in public records and the buyer is unknown. Matz had the listing, and Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer brought the buyer.
