A buyer signed a contract to purchase a waterfront Coconut Grove estate that was previously asking $135 million, and is now on the market for $115 million. The pending deal marks the most expensive of 19 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Dec. 15 and Dec. 21, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report.
