Reality TV star’s $22M purchase in Miami’s Belle Meade tops busy week of signed contracts

Reality star Sam Logan’s $22.1 million purchase of a waterfront home in Miami’s Belle Meade topped last week’s signed contracts report. The deal marks the most expensive of 21 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Nov. 17 and Nov. 23, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report. It tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service.
