The fight over chunks of late Miami developer Sergio Pino’s fortune now involves the profits from the $71.5 million sale of an apartment complex last year. Pino’s longtime mistress Nancy Pastor last week sought to block Jacqueline Pino Wechsler, Pino’s daughter from his first marriage, from getting a cut of the $71.5 million deal.
