South Florida’s top deals: Broward industrial complex sells for 19% over last trade

🏆 Residential: The priciest home sale in South Florida was at the Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club at 9111 Collins Avenue in Surfside, as ex-Starbucks CEO Howard Shultz’s purchase of a penthouse there for $44 million hit records. The unit spans 5,500 square feet and has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a 4,100-square-foot rooftop terrace. The seller was Stockbridge Holdings, which paid 418 million for the pad in 2018.
