🏆 Commercial: The most expensive commercial property sold Friday was $6.3 million, or $214 per square foot, for a 29,427-square-foot industrial site at 1241-1251 North Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach. Seva Florida Properties sold it to a buyer with an address in Weston. 🏆 Residential: The top residential sales on Friday were all from the Fort Partners new development project at 9165 Collins Ave in Surfside.
