Taylor Swift Kept the Squad Small at Super Bowl LIX

So we were wrong about pretty much all our predictions of who would be watching Super Bowl LIX with Taylor Swift. Flavor Flav came to the function in Eagles colors (and wet, for some reason). Ice Spice got a repeat invite, and the Taylors Launter were nowhere to be found. That’s our bad.

But Swift did bring buds to watch the big game. Besides Ice Spice, the Haim sisters also came through to cheer Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce. Este Haim even wore a Chiefs jacket. Ashley Avignone also posted up by Swift in the bleachers.

Before the game started, many were wondering whether Blake Lively would make a return to the VIP suite. Neither she nor husband Ryan Reynolds attended the Super Bowl amid their many lawsuits. Lively and her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni both have filed suits against each other. Baldoni is also suing the New York Times over a piece explaining Lively’s side of the litigation. Baldoni’s crisis PR group is suing Lively, too. And Baldoni’s lawyer has hinted that Taylor Swift may be deposed in at least one of these suits. It’s a lot, and giant media spectacles like the Super Bowl would only add to the a lot-ness. But hey, Este Haim’s jacket is cute!
