The Bachelorette Isn’t Giving Out Roses This Summer

After The Bachelor, the next series in the franchise will be Bachelor in Paradise, which also took a short break to make room for the Golden Bachelor series. See? Breaks are normal. This town ain’t big enough for multiple spin-offs, so they’ll just have to take turns at their rodeo. It isn’t the first time The Bachelorette paused handing out roses; the show took a three-year break between 2005-2008 before returning as an annual tradition. ABC is currently airing The Bachelor, starring Grant Ellis— Apologies in advance to any of the women on his season who are hoping for a second chance at love, even if we’re only two episodes in.
