The billionaire founder of WeatherTech is behind another splashy residential deal in South Florida. David MacNeil sold a 3.6-acre oceanfront assemblage in Manalapan for $105 million, making it the most expensive land sale ever in the Palm Beach County enclave. The deal signals Manalapan’s ascendancy in recent years.
