A hedge funder’s waterfront Palm Beach mansion asking $60 million was the most expensive listing to go into contract in Palm Beach County last week. It’s the latest pricey deal in what is turning out to be a very busy season for Palm Beach’s luxury market. Buyers signed 21 contracts between Feb. 2 and Feb. 8 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
