🏆 Residential: The top home sale to hit records in South Florida was in Miami Beach, where a condo at the Continuum on South Beach at 100 South Pointe Drive traded for $19.9 million, or about $3,900 per square foot. The buyers were Robert Mongeluzzi, an attorney, and Meredith Mongeluzzi, who also just sold another pad in the same property for 10.5 million. The seller was an LLC tied to Robert Winter.
