Luxury deals slowed during the holiday week, after an early November surge, but a private equity billionaire still managed to find a buyer for his oceanfront Palm Beach home. Buyers signed 15 contracts between Nov. 24 and Nov. 30 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
