The Princess S65 is built with two primary MAN engine options: twin MAN V8 1200s, providing 1,200 hp each, or twin MAN V12 1400s, delivering 1,400 hp each. The V8 1200s result in a lighter boat with a slightly lower top speed, around 33 knots, while the V12 1400s give the S65 a top hop of 36 to 38 knots depending on the load. Never Say Never Again was optioned with the larger engines for improved performance.
