Wellness wave drives top South Florida retail leases of 2025

South Florida’s top retail leases reveal what still worked in a year of cooling markets with lower rents and higher vacancies.  Grocery stores and fitness centers were some of the tri-county region’s biggest tenants this year, according to analysis by The Real Deal.
