Baseball season is back, and LoanDepot Park is rolling out new food options for 2026, including a partnership with Mister Softee and a lineup of local vendors. Alongside returning ballpark staples, this year’s additions lean further into Miami flavors, with a mix of familiar names and new concepts across the stadium.
There’s no shortage of great things to eat at LoanDepot Park this year, whether you’re looking for Cuban sandwiches, empanadas, tacos, or classics like hot dogs and soft serve. You can also order directly from your seat using the MLB Ballpark app. Here are all of the best things to eat at a Marlins game.
New Dining Options for 2026
As they do every year, the Marlins are adding new food options across the park. Highlights this season include:
Mister Softee (multiple locations): The soft serve ice cream shop is now a stadium partner, so you’ll be able to find the signature soft serve, sundaes, and milkshakes throughout the ballpark.
Classics Con Sazon (slated to open around Homestand #21 in mid-May): Featuring familiar South Florida favorites with a creative twist, look for dishes like the machete, a two-foot flour tortilla filled with carne asada, Oaxaca cheese, mozzarella, and salsa verde; the staple Cuban pan con lechon, frita smash, and Masita Dog, among others. Before it opens, head over to Pan Con Beisbol (Section 40) to sample the machete.
The Lineup (Section 28): This new food hall offers three concepts: Beisbowl, where you can choose a protein then amp it up with rice and unique sauces; The Press Box, which serves Cuban Sandwiches among other bites; and Sweet Spot for all kinds of desserts.
A rotating selection of local restaurants takes over the Legends Level this season in a new program called Local Legends, bringing some of South Florida’s favorites to the ballpark. They include the following two options to start the season, with more to come.
SuViche (Section 210): The Miami-born staple serves Japanese Peruvian food, including its signature sushi rolls and ceviche, offering a lighter, but still flavorful option for game day.
Los Verdes (Section 220): Los Verdes is known for bold flavors in Colombian-inspired burgers and loaded hot dogs. Arepas, cachapas, and salchipapas selections add to the Latin menu, all of which can be paired with dulce de leche milkshakes.
Notable Food Choices
Foul Pole (Section 5): A go-to for fried chicken, with options like tenders and Nashville-style hot chicken sandwiches.
Sahlen’s Top Dog (Section 4): Classic ballpark hot dogs, no frills.
Magic City BBQ (Section 8): Load up on hickory slow-smoked pork nachos, shredded pork sandwiches, and barbecue hot dogs at this Southern-inspired favorite.
Familia Faves (Section 36): One of the more budget-friendly stops, with staples from the stadium’s 3o5 value menu with $3 or $5 menu options.
Obie’s (Section 13): Named for the Orange Bowl’s mascot, this stand serves classic ballpark fare like hot dogs and chicken tenders.
Counter Coffee (Section 34): Head here for Cuban coffee, croquetas, and empanadas.
Sliderz (Section 19): Serves single and double smash burgers, chicken tenders, and waffle fries.
Oppo Taco presented by Goya (Section 8): Tex-Mex options like tacos, quesadillas, and chilaquiles-style nachos.
Billy’s Bites (Section 34): A kid-friendly stop for hot dogs, pizza, pretzels, and sweets.
Shortstop Grab N’ Go Markets (Sections 6, 14, 20 & 26): Don’t miss a minute of the game — grab drinks, candy, and quick ready-to-eat bites.
What’s Next: Miami Live!
The Marlins are also preparing for the upcoming Miami Live development adjacent to the stadium, which is expected to expand dining and entertainment options around LoanDepot Park. While full details haven’t been announced, the project signals a broader push to turn the area into a year-round destination.
