Lumber Liquidators’ founder and CEO signed a contract to sell his waterfront Palm Island home in Miami Beach. The deal is one of 16 contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between Oct. 13 and Oct. 19, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report, which tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service.
