Deborah Tarrant, widow of businessman and politician Richard Tarrant, parted with an oceanfront home at 1083 Hillsboro Mile for $36.5 million. The buyer was a trust. The more than 11,000-square-foot mansion has eight bedrooms, an elevator, a pool, six-car garage and balcony. The sale pencils out to about $3,300 per square foot.
