The financing was facilitated by BHI, a respected regional lender, with arrangements by Berkadia Miami, led by Scott Wadler and Matt Nihan. As construction progresses, Cora Merrick Park is poised to stand as a distinguished addition to the Coral Gables community.

With construction having commenced in April, the timeline for completion stretches to 2028. Prices for residences begin in the $900,000s, reaching upwards of $4 million for penthouse units. Designed by the acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica, Cora Merrick Park is one of the few condominium projects in Miami actively pursuing certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) for residential properties.

The project’s wellness-centered approach is further enhanced by the involvement of Lamarca Well, a Spanish wellness firm known for pioneering wellness hubs in Madrid. Cora Merrick Park’s amenities are designed with biohacking and longevity in mind, featuring advanced air and water purification systems, noise-reducing acoustic designs, and non-toxic building materials.
