The 2021 Viking 38 Billfish called Fin Planner II is a competitive fishing platform with impressive maneuverability that is also reasonably economical to operate. It’s located in Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina, and offered by HMY Yacht Sales for $1.099 million.

Powered with 550 hp Cummins engines, the vessel has a comfortable cruising speed of 28 knots, burning just 41 gallons an hour. The engines are under warranty through 2027 or until 3,000 hours, whichever is reached first. Fin Planner II is also well-equipped with a full suite of Garmin electronics, a Seakeeper S6 gyrostabilizer, Furuno omnidirectional sonar, Starlink and more.

The 109-square-foot cockpit has a fighting chair, in-deck insulated fish boxes, a walk-through transom door and lift gate, bait freezer with upper tray and a transom fish box.
